This class starts with the experience of auditioning and continues with the creation of a character, memorization of lines and a full performance with costumes and makeup. In A Hippo Ate My Homework a group of students are challenged by their teacher to come up with some really good excuses for their missing homework.  Each student has their moment to shine as they act out the perils of getting to school with your homework intact.  There are opportunities in this play for singers and non-singers, but all students will receive a major role in an original production written just for this class.

Performances will be held on Friday July 23rd and Saturday July 24th at 8 pm on ACT's Second Stage.  Admission is free.
