Aktion Club/ Life Skills Acting Workshop

Aktion Club/ Life Skills Acting Workshop

Aktion Club/ AHS Life Skills Drama Workshops

The Class ACT program is teaming up with Anacortes Aktion Club and the AHS Life Skills class to offer theatre workshops for high school students and adults.

September through October we will be working on a play production with our 2017 Aktion Club/ Life Skills Students. We will be meeting Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm to work on our production of “The Three Musketeers”. Performances are Friday November 3rd and Saturday November 4th at 7 pm.

Starting again in 2018 we will meet the third Saturday of the month from 10 - 11:30 am, Class ACT’s experienced theatre teachers will offer a workshop that explores physical and vocal characterization, improvisation and script work. Each workshop will be active and fun for all experience levels.

Participants will be teamed up with a coach who will help them out as much or as little as needed throughout each workshop. This is a great opportunity to explore an interest in theater, make friends.

Parents/ Guardians are welcome as coaches, but are only required to stay if their student has medical needs that require an experienced helper.
