An acting class and comedic play production

Tuesdays and Thursdays: November 2nd- December 14th (no class November 23rd)
Time: 4:00 - 5:30 pm
Cost: $125

Performances: Friday December 16th and Saturday December 17th at 7 pm

When Quinn gets a new video game console it seemed like the best present ever. That is until Quinn ends up stuck inside the video games! Quinn must help some familiar video game characters and get through a maze of puzzles before someone shuts the console down and it becomes… Game Over. This class starts with the experience of auditioning and continues with the creation of a character, memorization of lines and a full performance with costumes and makeup. All students will receive a major role in this show that is performed for the public.

Joy Moore Salmon has a variety of experience and training in music and theater. She graduated from the Academy of Visual and Performing Arts at Culver City High, went on to start her degree in music at Santa Monica College with the Applied Music program, and has performed in various groups and shows. She was last seen on stage at ACT as Fantine in Les Miserables. She has taught the 3rd - 6th grade, “School for Ninjas” class for Class ACT.
